Insinga will be responsible for growing and expanding their west side division which will encompass a significant portion of their growing 140+ exclusive rental building portfolio.
He has over eight years of real estate experience and has extensive experience in brokerage management, operations, sales, client management, negotiations, and recruiting.
Insinga most recently served as a Manager at Citi Habitats, first at their Upper East Side office then as Manager of the largest office located in Gramercy.
Prior to Citi Habitats, he was managing director at Ardor Realty Corporation where he directed operations and new business development for the brokerage. During his tenure there, he also trained and mentored agents to increase their individual productivity in the areas of deal management, advertising, personal marketing, and proprietary software. .
