The Corcoran Group announced that Lisa Gillooly has joined the firm’s North Fork office on the East End.
The announcement was made by Ernest Cervi, Corcoran’s Regional Senior Vice President.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Gillooly moves to Corcoran after many years with Rosehip Partners, a local East End firm, where she was recognized as one of the top performing agents in her office, listing more than $20 million in rentals throughout the Hamptons and the North Fork.

Gillooly has also distinguished herself as an astute investor with sales, leasing and management experience in both commercial and residential real estate in Long Island, Manhattan and New Jersey.
Prior to her career in real estate, Gillooly was a senior legislative aide to a New Jersey State Senator and was appointed by the Governor of New Jersey to the Division on Women, where she served on the Childcare Advisory Board for two years.
In 2011, Gillooly co-founded the Manhattan Film Institute, an advanced summer program for actors and directors in Greenport, New York.

Engel & Völkers New York City (E&V NYC) announced that real estate veterans Jennifer Roberts and Randi Fisher have joined the firm.
The duo will work together as the FisherRoberts Team.

Roberts and Fisher worked independently before joining forces, known as the JR Luxe team at their previous firm.
Manhattan generalists, the pair has handled condominium, townhouse, and co-op transactions in all neighborhoods of NYC and to-date have collectively achieved over $300 million in residential sales throughout NYC.
Jennifer Roberts has nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry in New York City.
She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in marketing and finance from Fordham University.
Randi Fisher, a 10-year real estate veteran, has designed and built three homes of her own.
She graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and communications.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, she worked in finance as a trader.

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group announced the appointment of Jeannie Woodbrey as senior sales director at 45 East 22nd Street.
An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience at Corcoran Sunshine, Woodbrey has sold some of New York’s most iconic new developments — including Time Warner Center and 101 Warren Street.

Her experience totals more than 1,000 new development units sold and $5 billion in closed deals. Most recently, she headed the sales efforts at One57 and is responsible for the most expensive condominium sale in the history of New York at over $100 million.
Woodbrey is eager to join the 45 East 22nd Street team and developer Ian Bruce Eichner of the Continuum Company in selling what will be the tallest building on Madison Square Park, and the tallest building between 34th Street and downtown Manhattan at 777 feet.
She joined the development team with an appreciation for architect Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates’ vision for the building — a 75 foot tall contextual granite base that gives way to a dramatically widening glass tower which expands to over 125 feet wide at its pinnacle.

She holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in health and wellness from Nova Southeastern University.
Saladino is the sister of Mirador Real Estate co-founder, Karla Saladino.

With over a decade of industry experience, FIshman is recognized for her presence and success in Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

With sales totaling over $100 million, she most recently marketed a five-building conversion project in Gramercy and the Upper East Side.
Her background in start-ups and corporate business development has led to a successful career representing a wide array of buyers, sellers, investors and developers.
Fishman is a Washington D.C. native who graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
Her early career ambitions brought her to Capitol Hill at the height of the dot.com boom, where she worked with the Washington Post Company managing contracts for Fortune 500 companies.
In 2001, after creating an online presence for another dot.com firm, she was recruited by Citigroup and moved to New York to lead the digital launch of their women’s financial services division.
