Web firm swaps Midtown South for 80,000 s/f in Penn Plaza

Online marketing firm Yodle has inked a deal to lease 83,739 s/f in the Penn Plaza District.
DTZ announced today that it represented Yodle in the company’s pending headquarters relocation.
Yodle will be moving from 50 West 23rd Street in the Flatiron District of Manhattan 330 West 34th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues.

Yodle will occupy the top three floors of the building. Following renovations that will include a pocket park and new lobby, the relocation will be completed by the spring of 2015.
Continuing its six year relationship with DTZ, Yodle engaged the team of Chris Helgesen and Dirk Hrobsky, both executive vice presidents and co-managing directors, along with senior vice president Peter Trivelas;
associate vice president Gary Ceder and senior vice president Andrew Sansom, overseeing project management. Yodle delivers a platform that makes online marketing easy, affordable, and transparent for its 45,000+
local business clients.
The company is ranked #9 on the 2014 Forbes list of America’s most promising companies and has won multiple awards for its business growth, job creation, technology innovation, and workplace and culture.
The DTZ team secured exterior signage and lease flexibility. Vornado, the building landlord, was represented in-house by Craig Panzirer and Jared Silverman.
“The agreement represents the culmination of a great coordinated team effort between our brokerage
team members and Project Management to deliver structural and design elements that reflect Yodle’s dynamic culture,” commented Hrobsky.
Additional details of the agreement were not released.
