Walker & Dunlop financing deals top $260M

Walker & Dunlop, Inc. provided $257,499,100 for properties New York, in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
The package comprises more than 1.2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space and 2,663 market-rate multifamily and affordable multifamily units.
Deals included in $40,500,000 in Freddie Mac financing for Jeffrey Park, a 461-unit Scarsdale complex, and the 132-unit Alan Towers, in Yonkers.
