TravelClick takes floor at Tower 46

SL Green Realty Corp. announced two new leases at Tower 46, also known as 55 West 46th Street.

TravelClick, a data driven solutions provider to the travel hospitality industry, has signed a 10-year, 22,518 s/f lease covering the entire 27th floor.

Millburn Ridgefield Corporation, an investment management firm, has signed a 10-year, 22,523 s/f lease covering the entire 31st floor.

“The Midtown market continues to see strong interest in companies looking for high-quality Class A office space with easy access to public transportation. Given existing and prospective tenants’ continued preference for new construction, Tower 46 has enjoyed strong leasing velocity,” said Steve Durels, Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing and Real Property at SL Green.

Tower 46 is a 34-story, 347,855-square-foot office tower that was recently completed in 2013.

The building features column free floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, 14’ slab heights, a tenant-only fitness center and in-building parking. Other building tenants include Nixon Peabody, Comcast and Everest Reinsurance.

CBRE’s Evan Fiddle and Jason Gorman  repped TravelClick and Laurence Briody and Scott Gotlieb repped Milburn Ridgefield Corporation on the transaction.

The landlord was represented by Peter Turchin, James Ackerson, Sam Seiler, Christie Harle and Cara Chayet of CBRE on both transactions.
