Transwestern’s New Jersey office today announced that the firm has been named the exclusive leasing agent for , a 164,000 s/f building on 11.28 acres.
299 Webro Road is situated within a Fortune 500 corporate park in the Eastern Morris submarket in New Jersey and offers prospective tenants a mix of office, warehouse and high-tech space. It is located directly off of Interstate 287 and its junction with Interstate 80, with easy access to Routes 46, 10 and 24. Its immediate surrounding area includes a number of amenities, such as the Sheraton Parsippany and Hyatt House hotels and a retail center with banks, restaurants and child care.
