“Bayside is a high-density neighborhood and a well-established trade area with strong traffic from residents, students and commuters,” said Rosenberg.

“This new development will be ideally suited for restaurants, grocers, health and fitness studios, furniture, home furnishings and sporting goods retailers. We are actively seeking regional and national brands to complement the strong co-tenancy along Northern and Bell Boulevards that cater to this upscale neighborhood. As a result of the growing demand for retail space, this is an excellent opportunity for the owner to re-develop this long-owned property into a higher-caliber use.”
