Recruitment software firm JobDiva is expanding at Equity Office’s 44 Wall Street in the Financial District.

The company, which has been in the building since 2010, signed a lease for 3,300 s/f of pre-built office space at the 24-story tower’s fifth floor. This brings the firm’s total footprint in the building to 21,000. It currently has space in the tower’s 16th and 18th floors.
“The new 44 Wall Street continues to attract and foster a vibrant community of creative, media, and technology brands. We are pleased to grow our relationship with JobDiva, an innovative company that epitomizes Lower Manhattan’s transformation,” said Scott Silverstein of Equity Office.
Equity Office, an affiliate of Blackstone Group, acquired the building in June of last year for $116.3 million, according to a previous report from the Commercial Observer. Its tenants includes law firm Cullen & Dykman LLP, architecture firm IBI Group and media brand Funny Or Die.
John Thompson of Douglas Elliman Commercial represented JobDiva in the transaction. Meanwhile, Equity Office was represented in-house by a team led by Silverstein and Zachary Freeman.
