REBNY and its Commercial Board of Directors (CBOD) would like to congratulate its inaugural class of graduates for its New York Commercial Professional Designation.
These real estate professional who have completed the entire 48.5-hour course curriculum comprised of five 7.5-hour required core courses and three 3.75 hour elective programs include: Eddie Argyris Argitakos of Charles Rutenberg LLC, Demetrios Ganiaris of ABS Partners, Satoshi Nakamura of Level Group, Marcos Sabugo of Voda Bauer Real Estate, Alexis Yoo of Space Marketing Shop, and Roger Thomas of Keller Williams.
All courses are approved for NYS continuing education. They are open to the public for NYS CE credit but the Designation can only be attained by REBNY Commercial members who meet the eligibility requirements.
As many real estate professionals have chosen to take their continuing education online, REBNY’s CBOD strongly believes that there is no substitute for in-person instruction.
Furthermore, the courses are taught by thought leaders in the field who can provide students with the most current topics in the market with greater insight on real life application.
Students will also benefit by being able to discuss with their peers and ask questions, as opposed to answering multiple choice questions online.
These graduates will proudly display this designation in their contact information and include in their credentials.
REBNY’s website will recognize them for being standouts in their field, giving recipients a competitive edge when looking to win business.
We are grateful to those instructors who have dedicated their time and given back to the industry.
