Prudential Douglas Elliman announced the expansion of its Long Island Division with the opening of a Garden City office, located at 753 Franklin Avenue, at the corner of Stewart Avenue.
This is the firm’s 40th office on Long Island, with reach through the North Fork, the Hamptons, Fire Island and Montauk.
“We’re thrilled to be opening our first office in the heart of the Village of Garden City, and our 40th location on Long Island,” said Dottie Herman, president & CEO of Prudential Douglas Elliman.
“Garden City is a sought-after town to live in, known for its gorgeous residential neighborhoods, finely-built homes, fantastic shopping and dining, excellent country clubs, and its great proximity to five LIRR stations and New York City. This new office is a great opportunity for us to solidify our presence in a strong market place and I expect our agents to be very successful there.”
The Garden City office will be run under the leadership of Ed D’Ambrosio and Helena Veloso both vice presidents at Prudential Douglas Elliman and part of the Strategic Management Team of Long Island. Ed D’Ambrosio is a Long Island native and lifelong resident, with over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and advertising. Helena Veloso brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. The duo shares an intimate knowledge of the region’s real estate market.
