Slate Property Group and Adam America Real Estate celebrated the grand opening of the sales gallery for their ODA Architecture-designed Dumbo development, 51 Jay Street.
Sales were launched on January 5, 2015, and within 30 days, the building has sold over 30 percent of its units.
The development team has already increased the pricing of units four times, and with each limited release, offers have been made and contracts signed almost immediately, said Dvir Cohen Hoshen, co-founder and principal of Adam America.
Sales are managed by Halstead Property Development Marketing (HPDM).
