RFR Realty LLC announced that ONEXIM Group, the private investment fund owned by Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov, renewed its lease for 2,383 s/f at 375 Park Avenue.

ONEXIM is one of Russia’s most prominent investment funds, with an investment portfolio in mining, financial services, real estate, media, utilities and technology. Prokhorov is also majority owner of the Brooklyn Nets basketball team.
“We continue to attract international business leaders to 375 Park Avenue,” said Steve Morrows, RFR Realty executive vice president and director of leasing.
RFR recently unveiled an executive lounge and terrace designed by Studios Architecture, providing useable outdoor space for the first time at 375 Park Avenue.
The 7,280 s/f terrace was constructed on the 11th floor setback and includes 4,500 s/f of landscaping.

Connected to the terrace is a glass-enclosed lounge, where a dedicated attendant is available to serve food and beverage from the building’s Four Seasons restaurant and Casa Lever.
Other recent leasing activity at 375 Park Avenue includes leases by Yakima Oil Trading LLC and contemporary art dealer Tobias Meyer, announced last week; Berkley Insurance’s 7,817 s/f lease; Pamplona Capital Management’s 9,100 s/f deal; Atlas Merchant Capital’s 17,519 s/f lease; Invemed Associates’ 7,000 s/f renewal; and Fintech Advisory’s 10,000 s/f renewal and expansion.
Morrows represented RFR in the lease negotiations.
