MTA’s Graybar expansion

SL Green Realty Corp announced that Metro-North Commuter Railroad Company has expanded at 420 Lexington Avenue (aka The Graybar Building) signing a 20-year lease covering 30,254 s/f.
The new lease increases Metro-North’s total occupancy to 296,257 s/f. The expansion space will house the Metro-North Police Department.
Graybar is the headquarters location for SL Green. The building has signed leases covering more than 127,000 s/f this year and has an availability rate of less than one percent.
