Mission Capital takes floor at 41 Madison

The Rudin Family announced that Mission Capital Advisors will relocate and expand at 41 Madison Avenue.

The real estate capital markets firm signed a 10-year, 13,558 s/f lease for the entire 35th floor at the 42-story Flatiron property.

The firm currently occupies 8,000 s/fof office space at another Rudin building, 32 Avenue of the Americas. Robert Steinman, vice president at Rudin, represented the landlord in-house. CBRE’s Sam Seiler, represented the tenant. Asking rents were in the low $80s psf.

Bill Rudin, co-vice chairman of Rudin Management, said, “As our longtime tenant, we are delighted that this elite company has chosen to expand and relocate within the Rudin portfolio.”
