The 800 s/f space is located on the 17th floor of Tower 67, one of the firm’s exclusive rental high rise buildings.

The office, which includes outdoor space, will house approximately 10 agents. Mirador’s other locations include 60 West 23rd Street, 100 East 13th Street and 330 E. 39th Street.

The office will be led by associate broker Revin Kittles, a real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry.

“Because our business on the Upper West Side, Washington Heights and Inwood has been increasing exponentially, we felt the need to open an outpost to best serve that area’s clientele,” said  Karla Saladino, co-founder, Mirador Real Estate.

In recent months Mirador Real Estate has secured several Upper West Side, Washington Heights and Inwood exclusive assignments, totaling over 800 units and four different landlords/management firms.

The firm now has over 30 experienced agents and continues to grow.

In total to date, Mirador Real Estate represents 15 developer portfolios in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of Queens — equating to over 100 buildings and over 4000  units.

In addition to providing targeted rental management and marketing support, the firm also has a successful sales team.
