Real estate investor and developer Aaron Malinsky, along with his partners Carolyn Malinsky and Benjamin Malinsky, have launched Curbcut Urban Partners, a development fir, based in New York.

“Curbcut offers extensive, hands-on experience and a long-term commitment to our projects with a retail focus that benefits the retailers, investors and most importantly the communities we serve, in all five boroughs of New York,” said Aaron Malinsky, president and chief executive officer.
“Curbcut specializes in identifying overlooked and under-utilized sites with potential for greatly enhanced retail value.”
Malinsky has developed over 100 shopping centers throughout the metropolitan New York region, as well as a variety of residential and industrial projects. He has been invovled in over 21 million square feet of retail space, 4.75 million square feet of industrial distribution space and 300,000 s/f of office space.
Current projects include: Throggs Neck Shopping Center in the Bronx, River Plaza in the Bronx and City Point in Brooklyn, among others.
