Andrew Heiberger, founder and CEO of TOWN Residential, hosted a cocktail party and dinner at The Villa, Casa Casuarina, to welcome the firm’s executives, representatives and special guests – including international superstar Lionel Richie – to Art Basel Miami.
More than 250 leading international galleries will showcase a diverse collection of art, including pieces by established and emerging artists; plus curated projects, site-specific experiential work, film and video. With over 70,000 people from around the world in attendance, all eyes will be on Miami.
“Art Basel Miami has become a showcase for the world’s most luxurious brands representing fashion, entertainment, yachting, real estate, hospitality and more,” shared Andrew. “In just five short years, TOWN Residential has cemented its position among these brands and is widely recognized as New York’s foremost luxury real estate services firm. Clients, customers and brand partners alike are attracted to our seamless integration of luxury and lifestyle, expertise, and the uncompromising execution of best-in-class customer service by an unmatched team of Representatives.”
Architecturally significant, The Villa was originally built in 1930 by the architect, author and philanthropist Alden Freeman and later purchased by the iconic fashion designer Gianni Versace. Today, The Villa operates as a boutique hotel and presents a stunning backdrop for special events.
The evening was hosted in collaboration with Insignia-BNT, one of New York’s preeminent title insurance companies. In line with Town Residential’s hallmark best in class service, Insignia-BNT’s philosophy is centered on their ability to provide a boutique level service to all title customers.
Throughout Art Basel Miami, TOWN Executives and Representatives will have exclusive access to a series of special VIP events as well as unlimited networking opportunities with a high-profile audience across the international business, entertainment, fashion and art worlds.
Since TOWN’s inception, art has played a prominent role within the offices and culture. The firm has previously worked closely with artists and photographers to adorn the offices with unrivaled creativity. Through sponsorship and direct engagement, TOWN Residential has also supported prominent art festivals including Frieze New York, Collective Design Fair, and New York’s Armory Week.
