Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of 2924 40th Ave., a two-story office and warehouse mixed-use building in the Long Island City section of Queens in New York City. The sales price is $11 million.
Wook Chung of Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office represented the seller and procured the buyer, a New York-based private investment group in a 1031 exchange.
“The fact that the property is across the street from the soon-to-be-tallest New York City building outside of Manhattan, and a block away from the Queens Plaza subway lines, triggered great buyer interest,” said Chung.
