Thomas, a nine-year industry veteran, comes to Urban Compass from Trump International Realty where she was named a building specialist for the Trump Parc and Trump Parc East. Before launching her career in brokerage in 2005, she was an active real estate investor who acquired, renovated, and managed 15 units throughout the United States and Dominican Republic. She then launched her own boutique real estate firm, Thomas and Ingram Real Estate, where she served as President and CEO. After three successful years, her firm joined forces with TOWN Residential where Thomas became the Sales Director of its West Village office before her eventual move to Trump. Thomas brings to Urban Compass approximately $10 million in exclusives.

“This is a relationship business,” Thomas said. “Urban Compass is a firm committed to innovation, technology, and powerful marketing strategies which will allow me to place focus where it should be: with my clients. I am thrilled to be able to focus on building my team as an associate broker at Urban Compass.”

Thomas joins Urban Compass with her teammate, Caitlin Pearlman.

Julianne Bond, one of Corcoran’s consistently ranked top producers, has also moved to Urban Compass. Bond is an industry veteran with 14 years of real estate experience, 12 of which were spent at Corcoran. She was named in the top 1% of NRT agents nationwide multiple times in her years at Corcoran, as well as a member of Corcoran’s Multi-Million Dollar Club every year since 2004.

“I have always prided myself on my ability to understand my clients’ individual needs and goals and translating those goals into reality,” Bond said. “Corcoran has shown me an incredible amount of guidance and encouragement in the last 12 years, but I am thrilled to be joining Urban Compass’ collaborative culture and take advantage of their exceptional agent support.”

Bond follows her passionate commitment to her community via volunteer efforts with Mt. Sinai Hospital’s Woman to Woman, and Project Healing Waters/New York City.

“Kristin Thomas and Julianne Bond bring a level of savvy that is crucial to success in the real estate arena,” said Robert Reffkin, CEO of Urban Compass. “We are excited to welcome these consummate professionals to our team and help grow each of their businesses.”
