Accenture LLP, a multinational management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, has signed a 10-year lease at 155 Avenue of the Americas to expand its New York City operations.
“We are delighted that a Fortune 500 firm of this stature has chosen Hudson Square for this significant corporate expansion. The area has grown tremendously, attracting many traditionally midtown-headquartered firms that desire new space in our 24/7 community,” said Jason D. Pizer, president of Trinity Real Estate.
At 155 Avenue of the Americas, Accenture will occupy 9,926 s/f of space on part of the second floor. Asking rents at 155 Avenue of the Americas are in the mid-$50s per square foot.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, Accenture has offices in major cities around the world. As of September 2012, the company had more than 257,000 employees across 120 countries. In the U.S., it has about 40,000 employees.
Trinity Real Estate was represented in house by Tom Lynch. John Mambino of Studley represented Accenture in the leasing negotiations.
