IRR continues national expansion; adds NJ office in latest partnership binge

Continuing its aggressive growth strategy, Integra Realty Resources (IRR), North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation, market research and consulting firm, announced the opening of four new offices including, IRR-Northern New Jersey.

All 12 members of Value Research Group will form IRR’s new Northern New Jersey office located at 301 South Livingston Avenue under the management of IRR’s newest shareholder, Paul T. Beisser, III, an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience.

Value Research Group principals Arthur A. Linfante, and Richard E. Polton, will also join IRR-Northern New Jersey’s leadership team as managing directors.

“We couldn’t be more excited about joining Integra Realty Resources’ highly regarded team,” said Beisser, senior managing director of IRR-Northern New Jersey.  “This partnership allows us to not only better serve the needs of our existing clients by leveraging IRR’s national platform and state-of-the-art technology resources, but now we can also realize our long-term vision to expand and offer our trusted expertise beyond our coverage area.”


IRR is also opening offices in Washington DC, Philadelphia and Fort Worth in it’s latest push to expand.

In less than 18 months, the company has added a dozen new offices across the country, a hotel specialty practice group and expanded health-care and senior-housing practice.
