TOWN Residential hosted its 5th Anniversary and Holiday Celebration at TAO Downtown on Tuesday. The celebration drew close to 1,000 attendees, including TOWN Representatives; notable developers; VIPs including New York Knick Langston Galloway, Fox News anchor Kimberly Guilfoyle, New York Mets Hall of Famer John Franco; and colleagues.
During an address, TOWN Residential founder and CEO Andrew Heiberger highlighted the successes enjoyed by the five year old firm. Among the five year highlights he shared: More than $8.5 billion in total sales and leasing volume; Over 15,750 transactions made up of more than 3,800 sales and nearly 12,000 rentals; Nearly 50 trophy penthouses and; More than 175 townhouses – with over 80 in Brooklyn alone

And because of the work of our unparalleled team of more than 630 representatives and professionals, we have differentiated ourselves within an incredibly competitive industry.”
In addition to enjoying sushi, appetizers, an Asian-fusion buffet, and signature cocktails, guests were entertained by a variety of musicians including Sarah Charness the electric violinist; The Gus Fafalios Band; and a DJ that kept the crowd dancing throughout the evening.
