IN PICTURES: Marquee launch for new Related Rental app

Related Rentals launched its  new mobile app – BrokerLink – to a crowd of hundreds at Marquee, New York City’s legendary nightclub. Designed in response to the industry demand for up-to-date information and instant connection – BrokerLink provides  brokers with access to real-time data at their fingertips.

Guests were welcomed by Daria Salusbury, Senior Vice President and Head of Luxury Leasing for Related Companies, and the app debuted with a live demo showcasing the instantaneous access to up-to-date pricing and availability for every site in the Related Rentals portfolio – including immediate access to hundreds of listing per year.

Party guests shared their excitement with the hashtag #RelatedLife and downloaded the BrokerLink app, which is now free in the Apple Store and on Google Play.

BrokerLink also allows users to view daily deals, incentives, and events. Results may be filtered by search criteria such as location, number of bedrooms, price, property features, apartment features and incentives. Up to 10 listings can be selected at a time and shared instantly with a client for review. Brokers will have access to exclusive listings advertised only to BrokerLink users, as well as a highlighted “Deal of the Day,” which will appear on the home screen.  There, they will also find a portfolio map, allowing users to navigate a map of Related Rentals properties within the user’s market area, and a newsfeed displaying news and events.
