Ian Bruce Eichner’s The Continuum Company hosted an event to commemorate its ultra-luxury residential condominium, 45 East 22nd Street, reaching a milestone of 50% sold. It was held in the building’s Park Avenue sales gallery, overlooking the rising site which just reached the 35th Floor. The party featured a specially curated wine and food program by Eataly where guests were offered a tasting of several wines Eichner selected himself. The highlight of the evening was a raffle with Eichner presenting a bottle of wine from his personal collection and a three night all-inclusive ski-trip to Steamboat Springs. At 777 feet high, 45 East 22nd Street will be one of the tallest residential buildings downtown. The soaring sculptural tower was designed by architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, with interiors by designer Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. It consists of 83 residences on 65 stories.
