The first building of Estuary, the luxury waterfront community in Weehawken, has commenced its leasing program, announced its developer, Hartz Mountain Industries.
The first phase of Estuary’s leasing program will be to accept interest from prospective residents by phone or online.
Those who inquire earliest will be invited to the opening of the leasing office, at which point apartments will be made available for immediate occupancy.
“This has been a very exciting pre-leasing period, because future residents have been tracking us down through any number of avenues to try and get their names on the waiting list,” said Emanuel Stern, president and COO of Hartz Mountain Industries.
“Through our management agent, Roseland, we have already accumulated a list of 400 names. We only have 584 units, so I would expect lease-up to occur on a high velocity basis.”
Estuary is within the Lincoln Harbor development, which includes a marina, office space, a Sheraton Suites hotel and restaurants. The development is also steps from ferry, bus and light-rail services.
As well as unobstructed views of the New York City skyline, Estuary boasts impressive amenities, including party rooms, screening room, Crayon Corner kids’ playroom, golf simulator, health and fitness center, two rooftop swimming pools and spas, and on-site services including a drop off dry cleaner, shoe repair and a Care Plus CVS.Estuary was built to LEED-certification standards with materials and construction practices that limited impacts to natural resources and the environment.
