Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, a leading New Jersey commercial real estate brokerage, announced the launch of their newly formed investment sales division and appointment of Bruce Shmilowitz as director.
The Goldstein Group’s Investment Sales division was formed in response to the rise in investment properties currently being sold throughout New Jersey, which is reaching levels not seen in many years.
The division will work with high net-worth individuals, institutions, corporations, and private investors seeking to acquire or sell a wide range of investment properties.
Shmilowitz will lead in the expansion of the division in addition to assembling a team of brokers that specialize in this area of real estate.
Shmilowitz has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years with his primary focus in investment sales, acquisitions and residential land development.
For over a decade, he worked for Roseland Property and its successor company, Starbare Associates, as the director of dispositions and director of land acquisitions.
Over the last several years, Shmilowitz has bought and sold investment properties from banks and estates and has also participated in a number of residential land developments. He has been instrumental in the marketing and sale of over $300 million worth of properties.
