As a means of celebrating and rewarding employees returning to work this Fall, GFP Real Estate is pleased to announce it has launched an exciting new ‘Fall NFL 2022 Giveaway’ contest, giving its tenants an opportunity to win VIP tickets to a Giants or Jets game at MetLife Stadium.
Starting this September, tenants (and their employees) across GFP Real Estate’s portfolio can enter daily to win one of 238 pairs of tickets to a 2022-23 regular season Giants or Jets home game. Winners will receive complimentary food and beverages while enjoying the game from a VIP suite at MetLife Stadium; each pair of tickets is valued at approximately $3500.
The company’s Fall NFL 2022 Giveaway follows GFP Real Estate’s successful ‘Summer Concert Giveaway’ contest held this past summer, which gave tenants to opportunity to win one of more than 230 pairs of tickets to attend some of the Summer’s most sought-after concerts at MetLife Stadium, including Coldplay, Paul McCartney, The Weeknd, Elton John, Lady Gaga, Kenny Chesney and Red Hot Chili Peppers, respectively. More than 18,000 entries were received from tenants across the company’s New York City portfolio.
“We thought that extending the concept to include tickets to a Giants or Jets game would be a fun way to reward employees who have returned to work, while incentivizing those who continue to work from home,” said Jeff Gural, Chairman and Principal of GFP Real Estate. “Ultimately, the faster we can have people returning to their offices, the faster New York City businesses, restaurants and retailers will recover. That is the end goal.”
To enter the contest, tenants will scan a QR code provided on contest posters on display in their respective office lobbies. Each entrant may scan/enter once daily to win; winners will be picked approximately one week in advance of each event. Tenants looking to increase their chances of winning are encouraged to come to the office each day to enter. GFP Real Estate’s Fall NFL 2022 Giveaway will run through the end of the year, with the last drawing to be held in late December.
Throughout the year GFP Real Estate has offered tenants additional perks and incentives at its properties to celebrate their return to work. This summer, the company held ice cream socials across its portfolio, and offered free coffee and donuts to tenants as well. In 2021, GFP Real Estate supported the city’s ongoing recovery with its #GFPRECARES campaign, which showcased a series of public murals created by award-winning illustrator Anthony Russo.
Throughout the pandemic, GFP Real Estate assisted businesses and organizations whenever possible, and has continued to offer its ongoing support to its tenants and neighbors to ensure their survival and recovery. In total, the company assisted more than half of its tenants through the pandemic.
