Cushman & Wakefield represented The Brodsky Organization in four new leases at the former Walt Disney building at 157 Columbus Avenue.
The building recently completed a major capital improvement and renovation program after being net-leased by Disney Co. for 30 years. Fusion Learning Inc., CrossFit, Citi Habitats and Quinlan Development signed lease transactions ranging from 5,000 to 14,000 s/f.
Current availabilities remaining include the two top floors, which account for 14,319 s/f each and have views of Lincoln Center. A Cushman & Wakefield team, led by Josh Kuriloff, Jodi Roberts and Drew Braver represented The Brodsky Organization, ownership of 157 Columbus Ave, as exclusive leasing agent.
“The leasing activity at 157 Columbus Avenue represents ownerships commitment to offering high-quality space in a neighborhood with limited availabilities,” said Kuriloff, a Cushman & Wakefield executive vice chairman.
