Faith Hope Consolo, chairman of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group moderated a panel of leading real estate developers at JudyNetworks Real Estate “Subway Series.”
Joining Consolo for “Blooming in Brooklyn: Retail Reborn in New York’s Legendary Borough” were Kathryn B. Welch, executive vice president, Forest City Ratner; Jack J. Sitt, principal, Colt Equities; and Argyris S. Argitakos, business development manager, Argento Construction, who each provided comprehensive overviews of their current projects, as well as insights on future development throughout the borough.
The event, entitled “First Stop Brooklyn!” was the first in a series of real estate networking conferences that will cover all four boroughs and was held in a loft venue on Water Street in DUMBO.
Consolo’s panel followed a talk by keynote speaker, Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams.
“Our panel represented some of the most visionary developers in Brooklyn today,” opined Consolo.
“From office and retail development to technology centers and restaurants, they had the inside track on New York’s fastest growing borough.”
Discussions encompassed updates on Forest City Ratner’s Pacific Park and Downtown Brooklyn developments, Colt Equities’ newest plans for Coney Island and Williamsburg, and Argento’s work in Brooklyn’s flourishing art gallery scene.
