RKF has secured a new SoHo location for exhale, a boutique fitness studio, at 59 Thompson Street.
The new location will replace the brand’s current SoHo location at 68-70 Spring Street.
RKF managing director Edmond Ezra and associate Ernie Getz represented the tenant while Simone Lilian of Sinvin Real Estate represented the landlord, Tockwotten Associates, LLC.
Located six blocks from the current location, the new space consists of 350 s/f on the ground floor and 2,400 s/f in the lower level. The lower level space will feature skylights and will be exclusively accessible via a private elevator.
“Exhale has built a strong and valuable brand and has plans to continue to grow in New York City. We are sourcing other locations in Tribeca, Upper West Side and Brooklyn,” said Ezra.
Exhale has seven locations in Manhattan, and 29 locations in the US and Caribbean.
