DONE DEALS: Roundup of some the week’s residential sales

TOWN brokers Claudia Saez Fromm and Mark Fromm have gone to contract on a $5.6 million loft at 52 Wooster.

The couple has been leading the marketing effort at the building on behalf of TOWN New Development.

The full-floor three-bedroom corner loft is one of four exclusive residences at the Soho boutique developed by Continental Ventures and designed by Arpad Baksa with interiors by GRADE.
52 Wooster pays tribute to the neighborhood’s iconic cast iron architecture, while taking full advantage of its prime location at the corner of Wooster and Broome Streets.
“It is exciting to introduce buyers to the private urban homes, which feature three exposures and abundant natural light, a unique find in SoHo,” said Saez-Fromm.
The three-bedroom unit #4 has 11 ft. ceilings, 17 windows, a marble fireplace in the living room, and a terrace off the master suite.
