Targeted marketing helped Robert Danknerclose on a multi-million dollar Tribeca loft at $150,000 over ask within just one week.
Dankner, an agent at Prime Manhattan Residential, said he offered an “extensiveˮ range of buyers and brokers that he knew would respond quickly a preview of the two bedroom loft at 56 Thomas Street.
The result was immediate interest. “I then went to the most qualified prospective buyer with a price that would compel the seller to take it off the market,ˮ said Dankner.
He secured commitment to have contracts signed within four days — and arranged two back-ups, just in case — then presented the $2.645 million offer to his seller.
Dankner — who repped both buyer and seller — said the “spectacular home was purchased by the CEO of a Fortune 500 company.
A pre-war condo, the unit has a key-locked elevator, hard wood oak floors, fully integrated sound in every room, laundry room, storage room, and spacious lounging and entertainment space.
