Cushman starts life with Pi

Cushman & Wakefield and Spire Ventures are partnering with Pi Labs, Europe’s first property-focused technology accelerator company.

Pi Labs was created to assist start-ups focused on property and technology innovation. The program will accelerate the growth of these companies by providing them with access to investment, mentoring and business space.

Cushman & Wakefield’s tech team, led by Juliette Morgan, will relocate to the Pi Labs Second Home at the heart of London’s tech corridor working alongside entrepreneurs, innovators and creative companies while sharing their specialist knowledge, contacts and networking opportunities.

Digby Flower, UK CEO, said: “Cushman & Wakefield is committed to supporting and empowering the next generation of property and software businesses who will shape the future of our cities and buildings and the way we work, shop and live.”
