Colliers acquires Texas firm

Colliers International has acquired one of the foremost commercial real estate firms in Texas, CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners LLC.

Based in Dallas, the boutique firm, which will rebrand to Colliers International immediately, supplements Colliers’ current operations in North Texas and expands the firm’s commercial real estate services in key sectors such as medical office, corporate solutions, retail, self-storage, and investment sales. CASE services both occupiers and investors with 50 professionals providing leasing, property management, and sales services.

“One of our key priorities is to expand our business in major metropolitan markets like the Dallas/Fort Worth area,” said Craig Robinson, president of Colliers USA. “Gaining an experienced team of 50 professionals will not only strengthen our operations but expand our business in the areas of medical office, retail, and investment sales.”
