Veteran broker Rory Bolger has joined TOWN’s West Village office.
A nine year industry veteran, Rory joins TOWN Residential from Citi Habitats where he was a frequent top producer. In 2012, he ranked among NRT’s top 2% of agents in the country – out of a pool of 44,900 real estate professionals. With an in-depth understanding of neighborhoods, properties, and the intricacies of the New York City market, Rory has a background in corporate relocation and has worked with world-leading financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley; and the country’s leading law firms Cadwalader and Carvath, Swaine, and Moore LLP.
A certified buyer’s representative and negotiation expert, Rory is dedicated to helping every client he represents achieve their real estate goals – regardless of whether they are buying, selling or renting a home.
Prior to beginning his real estate career, Rory spent fifteen years in the fitness industry where he managed health clubs for several large national chains. The experiences gained sharpened his marketing and strategic negotiation skills, which he has since brought to real estate, along with a love for the art of the deal.
