
The fashion designer and stylist Zaldy Goco has leased the entire 6,000 s/f second floor of 64 Wooster Street for a five-year term.
The designer will be relocating his showroom and office space from the West Village, according to David Zar, who negotiated the on behalf of the landlord, Zar Properties. Matt Bergey of CBRE represented the tenant. Asking rent was $78 psf.
Zaldy has designed clothing for Lady Gaga, Rufus Wainwright and Cirque De Soleil, among other clients. He will be joining fashion tenants including the British School of Fashion and Steven Meisel in the building.
