CBRE has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the largest block of available office space in Flushing.
The 20,000 s/f space is on the top floor of Queens Crossing, a 12-story mixed-use development located at 136-20 38th Avenue in the heart of Downtown Flushing.
Roy Chipkin of CBRE is marketing the top-floor office space on behalf of the landlord.
The available space at Queens Crossing features high-end finishes, making it suitable for executive office use. The full floor features an open layout with conference rooms and private glass offices.
“The top floor of Queens Crossing is the largest office space currently available for lease in Flushing, a market dominated by many office condos that are for sale and can run up to $1,300 per square foot,” said Chipkin of CBRE.
“Flushing has the lowest commercial vacancy rate in all of Queens, making this listing for leased office space even more rare. This space at Queens Crossing provides a tenant the ability to create an affordable presence in this neighborhood, where there is a growing demand for commercial space and services, especially as the residential market continues to thrive.”
Queens Crossing is a mixed-use development in Flushing that features 110,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 37,000 s/f entertainment and dining areas, a full-floor community facility, and 144,000 s/f of office space.
The property is close to the 7 train and the Long Island Railroad. Office tenants range from medical offices, financial firms and lawyers to real estate and travel agencies and include TD Bank, Long Island Business Institute and HealthNeed Medical Urgent Care.
Retailers include Alex Cosmetic, Banzai Living & Beauty, New Mulan Seafood Restaurant, Rose House, Young Street Poke and Happy Lemon
