Canadian QSR plants roots in the Village

Canadian plant-based power food company Copper Branch will open its first US location on Bleecker Street.

RKFʼs Ravi Idnani represented the quick service restaurant concept in the lease of 1,725 s/f at 195 Bleecker Street.

Matthew Olden and William Abramson of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group represented the landlord. the space includes 775 s/f of retail and a 950 s/f basement. Asking rent was $175,000/ per annum.

Copper Branch offers a menu iof healthy foods that are good for the body and prevent disease. They avoiding GMOs and frying, all while preparing meals with the highest ethical and environmentally-responsible standards
