The national leasing and sales team of Faith Hope Consolo, Chairman, Joseph Aquino, Executive Vice President, and Arthur Maglio of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group are the exclusive agents for a fully built-out and vented restaurant space at 3141 Broadway.
Formerly occupied by China Place/Hana Sushi, the approximately 1,000 s/f space is situated between Columbia University’s main Morningside Heights campus and the new Manhattanville site, currently under construction.
The space is also close to the 125th Street transportation hub and surrounded by a host of restaurants.
“Students are great restaurant patrons and this is academic central between Columbia, Manhattan School of Music and the Jewish Theological Seminary,” said Consolo.
