Bridgeton, Amiriam start work on new Tribeca hotel

Bridgeton Holdings and The Amirian Group announced the start of a new, upscale hotel at 396 Broadway in downtown Tribeca.

“396 Broadway will represent the cutting edge of technology-advanced hotels in New York City,” said Atit Jariwala, CEO of Bridgeton Holdings.

“We decided to create an upscale boutique hotel in this area as it will cater to the surging demand for hotel rooms from both leisure and corporate groups seeking a unique place to stay in the Tribeca and SoHo neighborhoods. In addition, given people’s desire to live a technology connected world, we are creating a hotel that will have useful technology systems so that guests can have a 21st century experience.”
