Adams & Co. brokered a 24,166 s/f renewal and expansion for Avenue World Holdings at 11 East 26th Street.
James Buslik, principal, represented the landlord, East Twenty Sixth Associates, as well as the tenant.
Asking price for the space was $68 per-square-foot. Avenue World Holdings will continue to use this space as their headquarters for Avenue The World School.
