May 20: Bottom Line, a not-for-profit organization committed to helping disadvantaged students get into and graduate from college, will host the Bottom Line-New York 4th Annual Spring Reception on from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.at The Loeb Boathouse located in Central Park on East 72nd Street and Park Drive North in New York City. Association Luncheon

May 20: The Avenue of the Americas Association 2015 Annual Meeting Luncheon featuring speaker, Charles Bagli, the New York Times reporter, will take place from noon to 2:00 p.m. at The Rainbow Room of Rockefeller Center in New York City.

May 27: TASC (The After-School Corporation) will host the 2015 Spring Benefit from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.at the Hippodrome located at 1120 Avenue of the Americas in New York City. Proceeds will fund TASC’s mission to increase education and enrichment opportunities for kids who need it the most. CREW Panel
May 28: CREW New York is hosting a panel discussion with leaders in the hospitality real estate and management space in New York City, entitled Changes in New York’s Hospitality Industry: Selling a Lifestyle with Geoffrey Zakarian. Panelists include Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian; Mark Lanspa, executive vice president at Hospitality Finance Group; Michael Overington, vice chairman and partner of Ian Schrager Company; Irina Zavina, senior vice president of global development and strategy for the Gansevoort Hotel Group; and Steven Kamali, founder of the Hospitality House. Multifamily Leadership Summit
June 2: The New York Multifamily Leadership Summit, produced by CapRate Events will be held at the Kimmel Center of New York University, and Elie Rieder, founder of New York-based Castle Lanterra Properties (CLP) will address the summit as part of a panel discussion scheduled for 1:45 – 2:30 P.M. Jun. 4: Urban Land Institute New York will host a CRE seminar. B’nai B’rith Luncheon
