Alfa Development recently celebrated the introduction of the Tower Residences at Village Green West, an exclusive collection of four full-floor residences atop their new boutique condominium located at 245 West 14th Street. Village Green West is the third project in Alfa’s Green Collection of sustainable residential developments. The event took place at the Village Green West sales gallery at 132 W 18th Street and coincided with the opening of “Insider Art”, an exhibition of sculptures carved from stone, in the adjacent Gallery 151 (owned and operated by Alfa). There are four Tower Residences at Village Green West (two three-bedrooms and two four-bedrooms). Prices for the Tower Residences range from $7.25 million to $9.5 million for the just-listed three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom penthouse, which features three balconies and a 784-square-foot terrace.
