Building ownership was represented by David C. Berkey and Andrew Wiener of L&L Holding Company.

“Previously, MBAF CPA’s office was spread across two floors at 440 Park Avenue South,” explained Someck.

“The larger floorplates at 600 Third Avenue allow for the entire New York City team to be conveniently located on the same floor. This offers many more opportunities for collaboration and a more cohesive work environment overall.”

L&L Holding Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing David C. Berkey added, “We are pleased to welcome MBAF CPAs to 600 Third Avenue. They join a growing roster of blue-chip tenants attracted to 600 Third’s prime location steps from Grand Central and the high-quality environment we have cultivated throughout the building and the public plaza.”

L&L, which acquired the 42-story tower in 2004, recently completed a series of lobby and building system renovations at the building as well as a redevelopment of its 6,500 s/f public plaza.
