7 Bryant Park tops out

Hines, Pacolet Milliken, J.P. Morgan Asset Management on behalf of its institutional investors, Turner Construction Company and building leasing agent CBRE celebrated the topping off of 7 Bryant Park, the developer’s 30-story, 470,000-square-foot signature office tower. The building has risen on Avenue of the Americas between West 39^th and 40^th streets and offers soaring views of Bryant Park and the historic New York Public Library.
