Morgan Asset Management on behalf of its institutional investors, Turner Construction Company and building leasing agent CBRE celebrated the topping off of 7 Bryant Park, the developer’s 30-story, 470,000-square-foot signature office tower. The building has risen on Avenue of the Americas between West 39th and 40th streets and offers soaring views of Bryant Park and the historic New York Public Library.
