Zelnik gets juiced up

Zelnik & Company has arranged two leases for Liquiteria, the cold pressed juice retailer.

The growing chain will replace a Gray’s Papaya at 402 6th Avenue and a Blimpie, at 145 4th Avenue.

Adam Langer, of Zelnik & Company, represented Liquiteria in a lease for 700 s/f plus basement space at the West Village space vacated by Gray’s Papaya. Brett Weinblatt, of Solil Management Corporation, represented the landlord.

Langer also negotiated a 1,300 s/f second floor space for workout studio Barre3 at the West Village address.

In Union Square, Langer negotiated a 1,000 s/f lease for Liquiteria at 145 4th Avenue. Cory Zelnik represented the landlord.
