Winick Realty Group has opened a new office that extends Winick’s brand to the New Jersey retail real estate market.
Located in Cranford, NJ, the office is run by senior vice presidents and founding partners Daniel Spector and Tyler Bennett.
Spector has been in the retail real estate leasing and asset sales business for more than 25 years. Bennett has been in the industry for a decade.
“It is an honor to have Dan and Tyler join our team,” said Winick president Steven E. Baker. “Together we are able to extend Winick’s best-in-class service to a new level of clientele with unmatched geographic reach.”
The New Jersey office has already been retained by Vornado Realty Trust on an exclusive basis to represent one of its prime retail properties.
The team also serves as the exclusive broker for some of the area’s most active national tenants, including Crunch Fitness, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pep Boys, Wendy’s, Safeguard Self Storage, Jersey Mike’s and Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Spector and Bennett are working closely with Baker and Winick executive vice president Kenneth Hochhauser to offer “ a superior geographic network but also a strong focus on the data and analyticsˮ.
“This concept has been tried before, but the way Winick Realty Group is able to differentiate itself is that we are able to service not only landlords and tenants, but also investors and developers, in both markets,” said Spector.
“New York and Northern New Jersey have always been fragmented markets,” explained Bennett. “With this launch, we are creating one cohesive platform that provides all of our clients with one point of contact and one point of accountability that is uniform throughout the entire region.”
