Wine time for Hudson Valley venture

Hudson Valley Wine Village is offering potential partners an opportunity to locate on a fully entitled development site on the Hudson River.

The former vineyard is considered by regional economic development officials to be the region’s largest mixed-use, economic development project available on the river.

It is also poised to be the latest residential and resort destination drawing New York City dwellers to the Hudson Valley.

The 437-acre site sits on a natural bluff that includes 1.5 miles of river frontage.

“Hudson Valley Wine Village is an exceptional find in the world of economic development and in the Hudson Valley,” Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation (HVEDC) President and CEO Mike Oates said. “An opportunity to be a part of a project this size simply doesn’t come along very often.”

Hudson Valley Wine Village is seeking local, regional, national and international tenants and joint-venture partners for a variety of flexible uses and development opportunities. The property is located between Route 9W and the Hudson River in the Town of Lloyd, Ulster County.

The development will complement existing and under-construction development projects such as Resorts World Catskills, The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark, LEGOLAND and Woodbury Common Premium Outlets.
