Keren Ringler has joined the ranks of CORE after a career in the field of medical science.
Ringler spent 13 years at Sloan Kettering in Manhattan, where her research was clinically applied in the development of new therapeutic drugs.
She holds a graduate degree in Chemistry, a Masters in Medical Science and she has finished three years of her PhD in Medical Science, specializing in Molecular Genetics.
Originally from South Africa, Ringler’s background and experience enable her to interact with people of diverse cultures and effectively service domestic and international clientele.
Yvonne Choy is the newest licensed salesperson to join Homes By Mara Realty.
Choy worked as a logistic analyst for more than 12 years. She speaks Mandarin and Cantonese and will specialize in helping serve Long Island’s Asian community.
She has invested in Long Island, NY, Jacksonville, Florida and Dallas, Texas property for more than three years..
Before venturing into real estate, Choy worked as a logistics specialist for Pacer International.
She also worked with such clients as Nike, Adidas and The Children’s Place while working as a logistic analyst for Maersk Line out of its Malaysia office in South East Asia and eventually its Madison, New Jersey office.
Choy majored in international trade and finance while studying at University Putra Malaysia, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
She also studied in the United Kingdom, earning a Diploma in Logistics Management from The Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Houlihan Lawrence announced that Lisa Hamroff, Johanna Sullivan, Donna Nikic, Jennifer Harris, Janis Catapano and Jane Abbate have all joined the firm as licensed salespeople in the Chappaqua office.
Lisa Hamroff joins Houlihan Lawrence with previous experience in public and private accounting.
A 16-year resident of Westchester County, she has spent the last eight in Chappaqua.
Alongside her busy family life and half-marathon training, Hamroff also volunteers for Chappaqua Community Day every year and is on the Board of Trustees for Eisner/Crane Lake Camps.
The Founder of Considervision.org, an online community designed to raise awareness of visual dysfunctions, Johanna Sullivan joins the Houlihan Lawrence Chappaqua office with a diverse background in insurance, medical administration and hospitality.
Her previous work experience has honed her customer service skills and attention to detail.
Donna Nikic joins the Houlihan Lawrence team with 17 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Previously working as the vice president of operations at Daniel B. Katz & Associates Corporation, she is currently a co-owner of John Nikic Building and Construction a residential building company, with her husband.
Jennifer Harris comes to Houlihan Lawrence as the previous founder and president of the Chappaqua Toffee Company, a gourmet candy manufacturer, distributor and retailer.
As a lifelong resident of Chappaqua, her interest in the local residential scene fueled her decision to join the real estate industry.
Janis Catapano brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry to Houlihan Lawrence.
Having previously worked in several roles in the industry at reputable companies such as AIG, Allstate and CNA among others, Catapano had responsibilities ranging from marketing, new business development, customer service and managing a staff.
She recently earned a Certificate in Social Media from SUNY Purchase.
Jane Abbate joined Houlihan Lawrence after working several years as a branch manager at First Union bank.
Having always loved the real estate field, she was able to make a seamless transition into the industry using her financial knowledge and customer service-driven approach. Jane has extensive experience in new construction.
A life-long resident of Westchester County, Abbate is on the Mount Pleasant Architectural Review Board and the founder of Mount Pleasant Today, a grassroots community organization concerned with quality of life issues in the local community.
Miron Properties announced the addition of Erin Wheelock, Matthew Tully and Michael Rider to the firm — all formerly of AC Lawrence.
Erin Wheelock comes to Miron Properties with two years of real estate experience.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, she worked in theater and film and also information technology.
She earned a BFA in Musical Theater from Viterbo University.
Prior to being in the real estate industry, Matthew Tully was a voice teacher and classically trained opera singer. In addition, he taught both middle and high school classes.
Tully graduated from West Chester College with a BA in Music Education and a Masters from Princeton University in Voice Pedagogy.
Michael Rider comes to Miron with 15+ years of teaching and 20+ years of customer service experience.
He received a Bachelor of Music from Penn State University and a Master of Music from Westminster Choir College of Rider University.
