Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced that veteran real estate agent Kim Charlton has joined the company’s Bedford brokerage.
An avid equestrian and real estate professional serving the Bedford community since 1995, Charlton possesses a wealth of local knowledge and business insight.
She also specializes in the areas of Briarcliff Manor, Katonah, Lewisboro, Mt. Kisco, North and South Salem, Pound Ridge, and Waccabuc.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Charlton came to New York in 1977 to pursue a career in fashion.
She traveled and worked in Europe, the Middle East, Japan, China, South America, and the Caribbean among other destinations. The global network she built over time has helped her local real estate career flourish.

Douglas Elliman announced that Luis D. Ortiz has joined the firm.
With a background in film directing, Ortiz has sold over $75 million in residential real estate over the past three years.
He co-stars in the Bravo reality television series Million Dollar Listing New York, along with Elliman agent Fredrik Eklund and NestSeeker’s Ryan Serhant. The series has been renewed for its third season.
Ortiz’s deals include a $12.5 million duplex at the Apthorp on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, a $6.1 million deal at 165 Charles Street and a $7.4 million Downing Street townhouse with a garage.
Born in Puerto Rico, he moved to New York and attended the New York Film Academy. He later entered real estate where he began in rentals, working for David Yomtobian and Blackstone Properties, moved to Prodigy Network, and then to Synergy New York with Elie Pariente.
Prior to joining Elliman, he was at Keller Williams NYC.

Douglas Elliman announced that Walt Frazier III, a specialist in high-end sales and rentals for professional athletes, has joined the firm.

Frazier brings with him more than 18 years of management and sales experience, 13 of which were spent in the real estate industry specializing in real estate investments, as well as sales, and high-end rentals.
He will work at Elliman’s 4 Leonard Street office with The Prince Team, led by Prince Dockery, who is also known for helping sports celebrities find homes.
Frazier is also the son of NBA Hall of Famer and NYC restaurateur Walt “Clyde” Frazier. Together, father and son co-own a successful sports management agency.
In addition to establishing a successful career in New York, Frazier is also the founder of WF3 Homes, LLC, a Chicago-based real estate investment and development company specializing in residential and commercial properties. Most recently, Frazier worked at Keller Williams NYC.
He has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania where he was captain of the school’s varsity basketball team. He went on to play basketball professionally in Europe.

Scott Kreitzer has joined CORE from Douglas Elliman.
A noted jazz musician, with four albums to his name and several honors for his musical achievements, Kreitzer was a landlord for a multi-family property in Southampton while also pursuing his music career.
He joined one of New York City’s largest real estate brokerages after getting his license in 2010.
Well-versed in properties throughout Manhattan and The Hamptons, he is a Miami, FL, native who attended the University of Miami.
He later transferred to William Paterson College in New Jersey, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Jazz Studies.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced that Long Island specialist Joyce Poupko has joined the company.
A respected member of the industry, Poupko has represented clients and customers across Long Island. She will be based out of the company’s Roslyn location.
She has an extensive background in sales and marketing and has worked in the advertising industry selling radio television airtime.
In addition to sales, she has also taught elementary school. Most recently, she worked at Century 21 American Homes.
